🧭 Minimum Requirements
- Total time: 200 hours
- PIC time: 120 hours
- License required: CPL, IR
- Accepted licenses: ICAO
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP level: 4 or higher
- Language requirement: English and Russian
🧰 What You’ll Do
- Flight ops: Support the Captain in all phases of flight, from planning and performance to normal/abnormal procedures under company SOPs.
- Safety: Execute disciplined checklist use, threat/error management, and proactive CRM.
- Navigation: Manage IFR departures/arrivals, radio communications, and situational awareness in diverse weather and terrain.
- Compliance: Adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies with meticulous record-keeping.
- Teamwork: Collaborate closely with the Captain, dispatch, and ground teams to deliver a punctual, professional service.
