🧭 The Opportunity
As a CRJ Captain, you will lead safe, efficient operations across domestic, trans-border, and international routes. You’ll set the tone for professionalism on every sector—driving operational excellence, supporting your crew, and delivering a great experience for our customers.
🧰 What You’ll Do
- Command CRJ Series aircraft in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory standards.
- Lead and mentor the flight deck and cabin teams, fostering strong crew resource management and teamwork.
- Exercise sound judgment in dynamic, multi-constraint environments—weather, ATC, maintenance, and operational priorities.
- Communicate clearly and proactively with crew, dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams.
- Uphold a safety-first mindset, contributing to our SMS through reporting, feedback, and continuous improvement.
- Adapt to an operational schedule that includes irregular hours, evenings, weekends, and changing trip lengths.
🌟 What You Bring
- Minimum total time: 4,000 hours
- Turbine time: 500 hours
- License Required: ATPL (TCCA)
- Accepted Licenses: TCCA
- Medical: Class 1
- Language Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
- Security Clearance: Able to obtain Transport Canada Security Clearance
- Operational Eligibility: Able to operate domestically, trans-border, and internationally without restriction
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends
- Visa Sponsorship: Not provided
