  • Operate seamlessly across domestic, trans-border, and international routes without restriction.
  • Lead, mentor, and collaborate with flight and cabin crews to deliver an exceptional passenger experience.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, ATC, and ground teams while solving problems in dynamic environments.
  • Adapt to an operational schedule that includes irregular hours, evenings, and weekends.

🧰 Training and fleet

  • No CRJ type rating required — comprehensive training provided for successful candidates.
  • Fly the CRJ series, known for reliable performance and regional network versatility.

🌟 Minimum qualifications

  • Total Time: 4,000 hours
  • Turbine Time: 500 hours
  • License Required: ATPL
  • Accepted Licenses: TCCA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP Level: 4 or higher
  • Type Rating: Not required (training provided)

🛡️ Additional requirements

  • Able to obtain Transport Canada security clearance.
  • Eligible to operate company aircraft domestically, trans-border, and internationally without restriction.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills with proven CRM.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving under pressure.
  • Flexible and willing to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends.
