🧭 The Opportunity

As a CRJ Captain, you will lead safe, efficient operations across domestic, trans-border, and international routes. You’ll set the tone for professionalism on every sector—driving operational excellence, supporting your crew, and delivering a great experience for our customers.

🧰 What You’ll Do

  • Command CRJ Series aircraft in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory standards.
  • Lead and mentor the flight deck and cabin teams, fostering strong crew resource management and teamwork.
  • Exercise sound judgment in dynamic, multi-constraint environments—weather, ATC, maintenance, and operational priorities.
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with crew, dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams.
  • Uphold a safety-first mindset, contributing to our SMS through reporting, feedback, and continuous improvement.
  • Adapt to an operational schedule that includes irregular hours, evenings, weekends, and changing trip lengths.

🌟 What You Bring

  • Minimum total time: 4,000 hours
  • Turbine time: 500 hours
  • License Required: ATPL (TCCA)
  • Accepted Licenses: TCCA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Language Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
  • Security Clearance: Able to obtain Transport Canada Security Clearance
  • Operational Eligibility: Able to operate domestically, trans-border, and internationally without restriction
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership and teamwork abilities
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Visa Sponsorship: Not provided

Non-type-rated candidates are welcome—type training provided upon hire.
