As PC‑12 Captain, you will lead point‑to‑point missions across Switzerland and Europe, harnessing superb VFR skills and a strong understanding of business aviation operations. You will represent a safety‑first culture, deliver impeccable service to private and corporate clientele, and contribute to continuous operational improvement.

🧭 Key Responsibilities

• Command PC‑12 flight operations with high VFR standards in alpine and regional environments.
• Conduct meticulous flight planning: performance, weight & balance, fuel, weather, NOTAMs, terrain, alternates, and airfield specifics.
• Deliver professional, bilingual passenger communication and care (German and English).
• Coordinate seamlessly with dispatch, maintenance, and ground handlers to ensure punctual, compliant operations.
• Ensure strict adherence to EASA regulations and company SOPs; maintain accurate operational records.
• Apply administrative skills to enhance aircraft operations (documentation, scheduling, inventory control, cost tracking, and SOP refinement).
• Support standardization, safety reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

• Total Time: 2,000 hours
• PIC in Type (PC‑12): 250 hours
• Type Rating: Required (PC‑12)
• License: EASA Frozen ATPL
• Medical: Class 2
• English Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4
• Business Aviation: Sound knowledge of operations
• VFR Skills: High standards; confident in mountainous terrain
• Languages: Fluent German and English (spoken & written)
• Passport: Valid
• Relocation: Willing to live in the Saanen region
• Work Authorization: Visa sponsorship not provided
