🧭 Your mission

  • Operate as First Officer on the Phenom 300, ensuring safe, compliant flights under EASA regulations.
  • Execute thorough flight preparation, performance and fuel planning, and weight & balance.
  • Uphold SOPs, apply strong CRM, and support the Captain in all phases of flight.
  • Deliver professional, customer‑focused service to VIP and business aviation clients.
  • Maintain readiness for recurrent training and checking, embracing a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Adapt confidently to dynamic schedules and interesting, challenging flight destinations.

🧰 What you bring

  • Valid Phenom 300 type rating (current).
  • EASA ATPL(A) or CPL(A) with ATPL credit (Frozen ATPL), plus IR and ME.
  • EASA Class 1 Medical.
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English; ICAO English Level 4 or higher.
  • Unrestricted passport enabling international travel.
  • Class B driving license.
  • Proven reliability, teamwork, and a calm, client‑centric approach.
