✈️ Step into the Captain’s seat on the Phenom 300
Lead every flight with confidence as the Phenom 300 Captain and Pilot in Command. You’ll be the final authority for the safe operation of the aircraft, executing missions under FAR Parts 91 and 135 while upholding company standards and a safety-first culture.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Serve as PIC and final authority for all aspects of flight safety and operational decision-making.
- Operate in full compliance with FAA regulations, Company Flight Operations Manual, Operations Specifications, LOAs, and aircraft Flight Manuals.
- Plan, brief, and execute flights with precision—weather analysis, performance calculations, fuel planning, and risk assessment.
- Lead effective crew resource management, clear radio/crew communications, and professional passenger interaction.
- Maintain aircraft knowledge and proficiency to type, ensuring checklist discipline and adherence to SOPs.
- Champion a proactive safety mindset aligned with company standards and best practices.
🧰 What you’ll bring
- Working knowledge of all Federal Aviation Regulations applicable to FAR Part 135 and Part 91.
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, iOS, and internet-based applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid & unrestricted passport and ability to travel as needed.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
🌟 Minimum flight qualifications
- Total time: 3,000 hours
- PIC time: 1,500 hours
- Type rating: EMB-505 required
📜 Certificates & medical
- License: ATP required
- License holders accepted: FAA
- Medical: Current FAA First Class
