• Lead all phases of flight in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Uphold the highest safety standards and actively contribute to our Safety Management System (SMS).
• Deliver a polished, courteous experience to clients while maintaining operational excellence.
• Collaborate closely with dispatch, maintenance, and crewing to ensure punctual, reliable service.
• Maintain personal currency, proficiency, and training standards appropriate to the role.

🧰 What you bring

• Current Phenom 300 type rating (type-rated required).
• EASA ATPL (A) — or CPL (A) with ATPL credits.
• Class 1 medical.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English; ICAO English Language Proficiency 4 or higher.
• Valid, unrestricted passport suitable for international travel.
• Class B driving license.
• Professionalism, reliability, and a collaborative mindset.
