As a First Officer, you’ll play a key role in delivering safe, efficient operations while creating unforgettable travel experiences for our guests. 🧭 What you’ll do
- Operate the Boeing 737NG in accordance with company SOPs, aviation regulations, and best-practice CRM.
- Maintain the highest standards of flight safety, situational awareness, and professionalism on every sector.
- Support on-time performance and a smooth guest experience through diligent preflight planning and teamwork.
- Participate in recurrent training, line checks, and debriefs; embrace continuous learning and mentoring.
- Contribute to non-flying initiatives across safety, standards, and operational improvement as opportunities arise.
🧰 What you’ll bring
- License: EASA Frozen ATPL with IR and ME (accepted licenses: EASA)
- Medical: EASA Class 1
- ELP: ICAO Level 4 or higher
- Type rating: Not required — full B737NG training provided
- Flight time: Low-time pilots welcome (under 500 total hours accepted)
- Right to work: Legal right to live and work in Belgium without restrictions
- Passport: Valid for unrestricted worldwide travel and at least 6 months beyond training start
- Security: Ability to pass aviation security background checks and meet all EU flight crew clearance requirements (eligibility may be impacted without long-term EU residence/work rights)
- Proximity: Able to report to Brussels Airport within 120 minutes when on standby
- Lifestyle: Comfortable with a significantly varied roster (no fixed pattern); commuting contracts are not offered
