First Officer — Boeing 737NG | Direct Entry (NTR, Training Provided)

• Operate as First Officer on the Boeing 737NG within a multi-crew environment, upholding SOPs and a safety-first mindset.
• Execute all phases of flight: pre-flight planning, performance, navigation, and threat-and-error management.
• Deliver on-time, efficient operations while maintaining exceptional CRM and passenger-focused service.
• Contribute to a positive flight deck culture, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance.

🧰 What You’ll Bring

• Total time: 700 hours minimum
• Multi-engine: 500 hours
• Multi-pilot (multi-crew): 500 hours
• Commercial FO experience: Minimum 500 hours as a First Officer on a multi-crew, multi-engine aircraft in commercial air transport operations
• License required: EASA Frozen ATPL with IR and ME
• Accepted licenses: EASA
• Medical: Class 1
• Language proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
• Background & compliance: Ability to pass an enhanced background check and meet all regulatory requirements
• Right to work: Visa sponsorship is not provided

Flight time note: Only time operated as a First Officer on a multi-crew, multi-engine aircraft in commercial air transport operations will be considered. Flight Instructor hours are not counted toward the minimum.

Non-Type Rated? No problem. You’ll follow a comprehensive 737NG program including systems ground school, full-flight simulator sessions, base training (as required), supervised line flying, and final line check — ensuring you’re confident and current from day one.
