🧭 What you’ll do
- Operate the Boeing 737NG safely and efficiently within a multi-crew environment, adhering to company SOPs and all regulatory requirements.
- Support the Captain throughout all phases of flight, including flight planning, performance calculations, fuel management, and threat/error management.
- Execute precise, professional flight deck duties with strong CRM and clear, concise communication.
- Conduct thorough pre- and post-flight inspections, documentation, and debriefs to uphold the highest operational standards.
- Engage fully with training, checking, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain currency and proficiency.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total Time: 700 hours
- Multi-Engine: 500 hours
- Multi-Pilot (Multi-Crew): 500 hours
- Operational FO Experience: Minimum 500 hours as First Officer on a multi-crew, multi-engine aircraft in commercial air transport operations (Flight Instructor hours are not considered)
- Type Rating: Not required – Boeing 737NG training provided
- License: EASA Frozen ATPL with valid IR and ME
- Medical: Class 1
- Language: ICAO English Level 4 or higher
- Background Check: Ability to pass an enhanced background check and meet all other regulatory requirements
- Right to Work: Able to work without visa sponsorship
