We’re seeking a type‑rated First Officer to help deliver a seamless, premium experience on every sector.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Act as First Officer on the Embraer Phenom 100 across Europe, ensuring safe, efficient operations.
- Execute pre‑ and post‑flight duties: performance and fuel calculations, weight & balance, flight planning, NOTAM and weather briefing, and documentation.
- Uphold SOPs, CRM, and SMS best practices; support the Captain throughout all flight phases.
- Champion our premium service concept by coordinating with ground partners to deliver seamless in‑flight entertainment and first‑class catering.
- Maintain a polished, guest‑focused presence—representing A‑Aviation at the highest professional standard.
- Adapt to dynamic schedules and short‑notice missions while maintaining operational excellence.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- License: EASA CPL
- Medical: Class 1
- Total time: 500 hours
- Type rating: Current Embraer Phenom 100
- Language: German and English (spoken & written), minimum ICAO ELP 4

- Valid passport with no travel restrictions
- Class B driving license
- Valid background check (ZÜP/ZP)
- High flexibility, reliability, and willingness to perform
- Professional appearance and strong customer focus
