🧭 What you’ll do

  • Command the Embraer Phenom 100 with uncompromising focus on safety, compliance, and passenger comfort.
  • Plan and execute Europe‑wide charter missions, ensuring punctuality and operational efficiency.
  • Lead pre‑flight, in‑flight, and post‑flight duties, including briefings, performance calculations, fuel planning, and documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with dispatch, maintenance, and catering partners to deliver our premium onboard experience.
  • Uphold EASA regulations, company SOPs, and highest standards of airmanship.
  • Represent A‑Aviation with a professional appearance and customer‑centric mindset throughout the journey.

  • Total time: 1,500 hours
  • PIC time: 500 hours
  • Multi‑engine: 500 hours
  • Type rating: Current and valid Phenom 100 type rating (required)
  • License: EASA CPL
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
  • Languages: German and English, spoken and written (min. English level 4)
  • Passport: Valid, with no restrictions
  • Driving license: Class B
  • Background check: Valid ZP
  • Personal attributes: Flexibility, reliability, willingness to perform, and a professional appearance
