  • Type Rating: Not required; training provided (class‑rated candidates assessed in priority)

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Command the PC‑24 in accordance with company SOPs and the highest safety standards.
  • Lead all phases of flight: planning, fuel and performance calculations, risk assessment, and decision‑making.
  • Deliver a refined passenger experience with discretion and professionalism.
  • Exercise strong CRM, mentoring, and teamwork in a multi‑crew environment.
  • Maintain currency, training, and compliance across all regulatory and company requirements.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total Time: 1,500 hours minimum
  • License: EASA Frozen ATPL with IR, MCC, ME, and UPRT
  • Open to License Holders: FAA holders welcome (must meet the above license requirements and any conversion obligations prior to line operations)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
  • Preferred Experience: Light‑jet and/or PC‑12 NG time is an asset; class‑rated candidates prioritized
  • Residency: Able to live within 1 hour of Geneva prior to contract signing (mandatory)
  • Travel Visas: No restrictions for US and Russian crew visas; able to obtain/hold as required
  • Type Rating: Not required — training provided

Shortlisted candidates will complete a structured selection process:

  • Competency‑based interviews
  • Simulator assessment
  • Psychological evaluation
  • Drug screening
  • Police background check

  • Valid passport
  • Complete professional history for the last 5 years
  • Criminal record extract for each country of residence over the last 5 years
  • Copies of licenses, ratings, medical certificate, and ELP
