PC-12 Pilot-in-Command (Captain) – Phoenix Sky Harbor

✈️ About the Role

We’re seeking an energetic, knowledgeable aviation professional to serve as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) on a new PC-12 based at Phoenix Sky Harbor. You’ll be the primary face of Cutter Aviation—building trusted relationships with the aircraft owner and charter clients while ensuring safe, on-time, and polished operations. You will also liaise closely with Cutter Flight Management across all phases of operations and support.

🧭 What You’ll Do

• Lead single-pilot PC-12 flights for owner travel and charter missions, ensuring safety and compliance at all times.
• Plan and execute IFR/VFR operations, including performance planning, weight and balance, and risk assessment.
• Serve as the primary customer interface—deliver world-class service and cultivate strong, professional relationships.
• Coordinate with Cutter Flight Management on scheduling, training, maintenance events, and operational logistics.
• Represent Cutter Aviation to owners, operators, business partners, and the broader business aviation community.
• Oversee trip preparation from briefings to post-flight follow-up, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
• Maintain currency, records, and standards; participate in training as required.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

• Licenses: CPL with IR (FAA)
• Medical: Class 1
• Type Rating: Not required (training provided); PC-12 is NTR
• Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship not provided
• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Safety Record: No accidents, incidents, or sanctions in the past 5 years
• Screening: Ability to pass drug screening and background check; clean driving record

🌟 Preferred Flight Experience

• Total Time: 1,200 hours
• Cross-Country: 500 hours
• Night: 100 hours
• Instrument: 75 hours (50 actual)
• Additional: Previous turbojet type rating

Open to FAA license holders.
