🧭 The Role
As a PC-12 First Officer, you’ll support the Captain through all phases of flight in a professional, safety-first, and customer-focused operation. You’ll help plan, brief, and execute flights, contribute to decisions in changing conditions, and take pride in smooth, on-time operations—including evening and weekend pairings as required.
🧰 What You’ll Do
- Assist the Captain with flight planning, performance, fuel, and weight & balance calculations.
- Operate the PC-12 in accordance with company SOPs, checklists, and regulatory requirements.
- Apply strong CRM, radio procedures, and situational awareness in all phases of flight.
- Support operations into remote and gravel airstrips when required.
- Manage cockpit workflows, EFB/desktop applications, and post-flight documentation with accuracy.
- Participate in recurrent training, briefings, and safety initiatives.
- Travel regularly; work evenings and weekends as scheduled.
🌟 Minimum Requirements
- Total Time: 500 hours
- License: TCCA CPL with IR
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
- Citizenship/Residency: Canadian Passport or Permanent Resident Card
- Security: Able to obtain a RAIC
- Education: Graduate of an Aviation College degree or diploma program
- Tech Skills: Manual dexterity to use desktop computers and peripherals
- Schedule: Travel required; evening and weekend work required
- Accepted Licenses: TCCA only
🚀 Preferred Experience
- Current PC-12 PPC
- Previous PC-12 experience
- Northern gravel operational experience
- Two-crew turbine experience
