🧭 About the operation

Our two-crew flight deck is built on industry-standard CRM, standardization, and disciplined procedures. You’ll fly the PC-12 across a diverse network in both executive and commuter layouts, executing point-to-point missions guided by our comprehensive Flight Standards Manual. Safety is our number one priority.

🧰 What you’ll do

  • Operate the Pilatus PC-12 as First Officer in a two-crew, checklist-driven environment.
  • Support scheduled and on-demand charter flights, day and night, across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
  • Execute flows, callouts, and company SOPs to the highest standard.
  • Apply the Flight Standards Manual to ensure consistent, safe, and standardized operations.
  • Deliver a professional passenger experience in both executive and commuter configurations.
  • Contribute to a proactive safety culture through effective communication and CRM.

📍 Pilot domiciles

Choose your base from the following domiciles:

  • Boston — KBOS
  • Denver — KDEN
  • Dallas Fort Worth — KDFW
  • Oakland — KOAK
  • Portland — KPDX

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total time: 700 hours
  • Point-to-Point Cross Country: 100 hours
  • Night Point-to-Point Cross Country: 25 hours
  • Type rating: Not required (Training provided)
  • License: CPL and IRFAA
  • Medical: Class 1

🌟 Preferred experience

  • SIC employment: 6 months as a pilot
  • Turbine time: 50 hours preferred
  • Instrument time: 75 hours preferred

🎓 Training & standards

Type rating is not required; Boutique Air provides the training you need to succeed on the PC-12. Our operation emphasizes standardization through checklists, callouts, flows, and a detailed Flight Standards Manual—anchoring a safety-first culture in every phase of flight.
