🧭 The Role

As a First Officer on the Pilatus PC-12, you’ll support safe, efficient, and reliable operations in a dynamic northern environment. You’ll work closely with your Captain to deliver excellent service, uphold company and regulatory standards, and help connect remote communities across Saskatchewan and beyond.

🧰 What You’ll Do

  • Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and briefings.
  • Operate in accordance with company SOPs and Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs).
  • Execute all phases of flight with strong situational awareness and disciplined CRM.
  • Support operations into remote and weather-affected aerodromes with professionalism and care.
  • Assist with weight and balance, loading supervision, and de/anti-icing coordination as required.
  • Champion a just culture of safety, reporting, and continuous improvement.

🌟 Minimum Requirements

  • Total Time: 250 hours
  • Pilot-in-Command (PIC): 100 hours
  • Licences/Endorsements: IATRA, IR, ME (TCCA)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Language Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
  • Type Rating: Not required — training provided

🧩 Preferred Experience

  • Multi-engine experience in a multi-crew environment.
  • Comfort operating in northern, remote, and cold-weather conditions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive safety mindset.

🔐 Additional Requirements

  • Must be able to obtain a Transport Canada Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC).
  • Must hold a current and valid passport.
  • Must meet requirements established by Client Standards.
  • Safety Sensitive Position: candidates must test negative for controlled substances and alcohol prior to employment.
