Consider elevating your career in the land of living skies. Rise Air is seeking a skilled, safety-focused, and passionate PC-12 First Officer to join our La Ronge, Saskatchewan base—supporting vital air service across northern communities.
🧭 The Role
As a First Officer on the Pilatus PC-12, you’ll support safe, efficient, and reliable operations in a dynamic northern environment. You’ll work closely with your Captain to deliver excellent service, uphold company and regulatory standards, and help connect remote communities across Saskatchewan and beyond.
🧰 What You’ll Do
- Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and briefings.
- Operate in accordance with company SOPs and Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs).
- Execute all phases of flight with strong situational awareness and disciplined CRM.
- Support operations into remote and weather-affected aerodromes with professionalism and care.
- Assist with weight and balance, loading supervision, and de/anti-icing coordination as required.
- Champion a just culture of safety, reporting, and continuous improvement.
🌟 Minimum Requirements
- Total Time: 250 hours
- Pilot-in-Command (PIC): 100 hours
- Licences/Endorsements: IATRA, IR, ME (TCCA)
- Medical: Class 1
- Language Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
- Type Rating: Not required — training provided
🧩 Preferred Experience
- Multi-engine experience in a multi-crew environment.
- Comfort operating in northern, remote, and cold-weather conditions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive safety mindset.
🔐 Additional Requirements
- Must be able to obtain a Transport Canada Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC).
- Must hold a current and valid passport.
- Must meet requirements established by Client Standards.
- Safety Sensitive Position: candidates must test negative for controlled substances and alcohol prior to employment.
