Take command of a high-utility Pilatus PC-12 and make an impact across diverse missions—from charter and medevac to surveillance and northern operations. This is a stable, permanent role with full type training provided, welcoming experienced captains who are NTR.

  • Recency: Recent flight experience within the previous five years
  • IFR Recency: Recent IFR experience within the previous five years
  • Licences: CPL + IR (TCCA)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Language Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4

🧭 What you’ll do

Lead safe, efficient, and mission-focused operations in a multi-role environment.

  • Serve as PIC on the Pilatus PC-12 for charter, medevac, surveillance, and remote operations.
  • Plan and execute IFR/VFR flights in varied weather and terrain, including northern and coastal regions.
  • Perform performance calculations, weight-and-balance, fuel planning, and risk assessments to company and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate effectively with dispatch, maintenance, medical teams, and clients to deliver time-critical missions.
  • Champion SOP compliance, safety reporting, and continuous improvement within a just culture.
  • Support mentoring and standardization of flight crew, as applicable.

🧰 What you bring

  • Minimum: 3,000 hours total PIC time.
  • Licensing: CPL with IR; TCCA licence; Class 1 medical; ICAO ELP Level 4.
  • Recency: Recent flight experience within the previous five years, including IFR recency.
  • Type Rating: Not required — NTR candidates welcome (full training provided).
  • Preferred experience: Pilatus PC-12; northern operations; light category turboprop; air ambulance/medevac; charter; airborne surveillance; coastal float and/or amphibious flying.
