PC-12 Air Ambulance Pilot (Fixed-Wing)
Join Guardian Flight, a Global Medical Response company, as a Fixed-Wing Pilot flying the Pilatus PC-12 out of Jackson, MS. You’ll execute lifesaving medevac missions alongside an elite medical team—by day or night—while operating within a professional, safety-first culture.
✈️ What you’ll do
- Safely conduct single-pilot IFR and VFR PC-12 medevac flights, transporting patients and medical teams between locations and facilities.
- Ensure aircraft readiness for dispatch, meeting all FARs and company requirements, including pre/post-flight inspections and aircraft cleanliness.
- Maintain accurate regulatory and company documentation (e.g., flight/duty logs, load manifests, shift records).
- Coordinate effectively with air/ground dispatch, medical crew, facilities, and partner agencies to support mission success.
- Execute thorough shift-change briefings and update the company change board per protocol.
- Maintain required certifications and complete all recurrent ground and flight training.
🧭 What you’ll bring
- License required: CPL — Commercial Airplane Single Engine Land (C-ASEL)
- Current FAA First- or Second-Class Medical Certificate
- Valid, unexpired driver’s license
- Education: High School Diploma or GED (or higher)
- Flight time minimums:
- 2,500 total time
- 2,000 fixed-wing
- 1,000 PIC
- 500 cross-country
- 100 night
- 75 instrument (50 actual)
- Single-pilot IFR experience (ideal)
- Previous medevac and/or cargo experience (preferred)
- Willing and able to obtain ATP within 5 years of employment (ATP-CTP paid by company)
