Air Arabia Dammam is inviting current A320 type-rated Captains and First Officers to an in-person recruitment open day in Bahrain on 1 October 2026. Successful candidates will join the flight-operations team based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

This event is dedicated to recruiting experienced, A320 type-rated Captains and First Officers for Air Arabia Dammam. Meet our team, present your credentials, and progress through the airline’s selection process for line-operations roles. Full venue details and the event schedule will be shared five days before the open day.
🧰 Who Should Attend
Attendance is restricted to current, A320 type-rated pilots who meet the rank-specific minimums below.
Captains — Minimums
- 4,000+ hours total time on commercial aircraft
- 800+ hours on the A320 family
- Valid A320 type rating with at least two months’ validity remaining at joining
- Valid licence endorsed with a current A320 instrument rating (IR)
- Unrestricted, current Class 1 medical
- Maximum age 60
- English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 4 or above
First Officers — Minimums
- 1,500+ hours on the A320 family
- Valid CPL or ATPL endorsed with a current A320 IR
- Frozen ATPL (for CPL holders)
- Valid A320 type rating with at least two months’ validity remaining at joining
- Unrestricted, current Class 1 medical
- Maximum age 45
- ELP Level 4 or above
Note: The opportunity is open to Saudi and other GCC nationals. Other nationalities are welcome if holding a valid GACA licence.
