🧭 What you will do

• Command SW4 operations in accordance with company SOPs, regulations, and best practices
• Lead the crew with strong CRM, mentorship, and a safety first mindset
• Plan and execute IFR flights, including performance, weight and balance, fuel, and alternates
• Make sound operational decisions in dynamic weather and terrain environments
• Deliver a professional customer experience while protecting on time performance
• Maintain meticulous records, reports, and regulatory documentation

🧰 What you bring

• Licence requirements: IATRA, IR, ME under TCCA
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO ELP level: 4 or higher
• Preferred time: 1500 hours total time • 500 hours multi engine • 250 hours multi PIC • Metroliner experience an asset
• Record: No Transport Canada violations or suspensions

Successful applicants will be required to sign a Training Bond Agreement unless already current and type rated on the SW4.
