Metroliner First Officer – 703/704 Operations (Training Provided)

🧭 What you’ll do

• Operate the Metroliner as First Officer in 703/704 operations, adhering to SOPs, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct thorough preflight planning, including weather, NOTAMs, performance, fuel, and weight and balance.
• Execute all phases of flight using strong CRM, threat and error management, and disciplined checklist use.
• Communicate professionally with ATC, Dispatch/Operations, ground teams, and passengers to support safety and on-time performance.
• Prioritize passenger comfort while maintaining the highest safety standards on every sector.
• Participate in recurrent training, line checks, and continuous proficiency development under the guidance of the Assistant Chief Pilot.
• Contribute to a proactive safety culture, including timely reporting and compliance with the company’s SMS.

🧰 What you bring

• Licence: TCCA CPL with IR
• Medical: Class 1
• Experience: 1,000+ hours total time preferred (Non-Type Rated candidates welcome)
• Language: Fluent English; minimum ICAO ELP Level 4
• Education: High school diploma or GED
• Security: Ability to qualify for a WAA RAIC
• Schedule: Able to work a flexible schedule and travel for extended periods
• Work authorization: Legally entitled to work in Canada; visa sponsorship not provided
