✈️ The Mission

Captain the Metroliner on multi-engine turbine operations across day and night IFR, ensuring uncompromising safety, regulatory compliance, and smooth point‑to‑point performance.

  • Serve as PIC for Metroliner flights, exercising sound judgment and CRM.
  • Plan and execute cross‑country operations, including weather/route analysis and fuel planning.
  • Conduct precise weight & balance and performance calculations for each leg.
  • Perform thorough preflight/postflight duties and accurate recordkeeping.
  • Coordinate with dispatch/maintenance to ensure aircraft readiness and on-time operations.
  • Adhere to all company SOPs and applicable FARs.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

  • Total Time: 1,800 hours
  • PIC: 1,000 hours
  • Multi-Engine: 250 hours
  • Turbine: 100 hours
  • Cross‑Country: 500 hours (point‑to‑point)
  • Instrument: 100 hours (50 in‑aircraft)
  • Night: 100 hours
  • Regulatory: Meets FAR 135.243(c) PIC requirements for IFR
  • Recency: Instrument Proficiency Check or 121/135 recurrent within the past 6 months
  • Certificates: FAA CPL with IR and ME
  • Endorsements: High‑Performance and Complex
  • Medical: First or Second Class (First Class required for international operations)
  • Permits/IDs: FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit; able to meet airport badging and pass TSA background check
  • Travel ID: Current passport
  • Driving: Valid Driver’s License; meets company insurance criteria
  • Licensing Scope: Open to FAA certificate holders

🌟 Preferred Experience

  • Previous Part 121, Part 135, or Military fixed‑wing experience
