✈️ The Mission

Captain the Metroliner on multi-engine turbine operations across day and night IFR, ensuring uncompromising safety, regulatory compliance, and smooth point‑to‑point performance.

Serve as PIC for Metroliner flights, exercising sound judgment and CRM.
Plan and execute cross‑country operations, including weather/route analysis and fuel planning.
Conduct precise weight & balance and performance calculations for each leg.
Perform thorough preflight/postflight duties and accurate recordkeeping.
Coordinate with dispatch/maintenance to ensure aircraft readiness and on-time operations.
Adhere to all company SOPs and applicable FARs.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

Total Time: 1,800 hours
PIC: 1,000 hours
Multi-Engine: 250 hours
Turbine: 100 hours
Cross‑Country: 500 hours (point‑to‑point)
Instrument: 100 hours (50 in‑aircraft)
Night: 100 hours
Regulatory: Meets FAR 135.243(c) PIC requirements for IFR
Recency: Instrument Proficiency Check or 121/135 recurrent within the past 6 months
Certificates: FAA CPL with IR and ME
Endorsements: High‑Performance and Complex
Medical: First or Second Class (First Class required for international operations)
Permits/IDs: FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit; able to meet airport badging and pass TSA background check
Travel ID: Current passport
Driving: Valid Driver’s License; meets company insurance criteria
Licensing Scope: Open to FAA certificate holders
