🧰 Minimum Requirements
- License: EASA ATPL (Frozen)
- Ratings: IR, MCC, ME, UPRT
- Medical: EASA Class 1
- English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 5 or higher
- Type rating: Not required (Training provided)
🌟 Additional Requirements
- French language: Fluency required. If French is not your first language, you must hold FCL.055 Level 6 in French.
- Training history: No previous training failures with HOP!, Air France, or Transavia.
- Work authorization: Able to live and work without employer-sponsored visa.

As an NTR hire, you will receive a comprehensive type rating program, simulator and ground school, line training, and ongoing recurrent training. Fleet and aircraft assignment follow a transparent seniority system, supporting fair opportunities for growth as you build hours and experience.
