Metroliner Captain – 703/704 Operations (NTR, Training Provided)

🧭 Your Mission

As Captain, you will lead the operation from preflight to shutdown, ensuring strict adherence to company SOPs and regulatory standards while maintaining a calm, customer-focused environment on board.

• Plan and execute flights in accordance with company SOPs and applicable regulations for 703/704 operations.
• Conduct thorough preflight preparation: weather, NOTAMs, performance, fuel planning, and weight and balance.
• Ensure the highest standards of safety, airmanship, and crew coordination throughout all phases of flight.
• Champion passenger comfort and service while delivering reliable, on-time performance.
• Liaise effectively with Dispatch, Maintenance, and Ground teams to ensure operational continuity.
• Complete flight documentation and reports accurately and on time.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

• Licences: CPL with IR and ME — TCCA
• Medical: Class 1
• Language Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher; fluent in English with strong verbal and listening comprehension
• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Security: Able to obtain and maintain all applicable transportation security clearances and additional authorizations
• Type Rating: Not required — training provided on type

🌟 Preferred

• Experience: ATPL with 500 hours on Metroliners preferred
