Join our high-performance flight team as a Learjet First Officer. This permanent role is ideal for a disciplined, safety-focused aviator who thrives in fast-paced, mission-driven operations. Non-type-rated pilots are welcome — full type training provided.

🧭 Your mission

As First Officer, you will support the Captain in all phases of Learjet operations — planning, preflight, execution, and postflight — delivering safe, efficient, and professional service on domestic and international missions.

  • Execute all first officer duties with precision, adhering to SOPs, checklists, and CRM best practices.
  • Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and aircraft systems familiarization.
  • Monitor flight progress, manage radios and navigation, and maintain high situational awareness.
  • Champion a proactive safety culture and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide exceptional professionalism with passengers, crew, and stakeholders.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total time: 1,000 hours
  • Licenses: CPL, IR, ME (FAA)
  • Type rating: Not required — training provided
  • Medical: Class 1
  • NTR: Non-type-rated candidates welcome

🌟 Preferred profile

  • Time: 100+ hours in turbine or multi-engine aircraft
  • Learjet or similar light/medium jet experience

📅 Schedule & flexibility

  • Work varying duty slots, including days/nights, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
  • Demonstrate exceptional flexibility and the ability to adjust to rapid changes.
  • Hold a valid state driver’s license.

🔐 Compliance & travel

  • Valid passport with the ability to travel internationally without restrictions.
  • Ability to pass TSA background screening.
  • Eligible to obtain required airport authority and/or U.S. Customs security badges.

🎓 Training & growth

We invest in your success. If you are not Learjet type rated, approved training will be provided to qualify you for safe and confident operations on the LR-Jet platform.
