🧭 What you will do

  • Support the Captain across all flight phases, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations.
  • Participate in flight planning, performance calculations, weight and balance, and fuel planning.
  • Execute SOPs, checklists, and SOP-driven workflows with precision and situational awareness.
  • Deliver exceptional professionalism and discretion with clients and crew.
  • Maintain aircraft standards, documentation, and readiness for short-notice dispatch.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total Time: 1,500 hours
  • Multi‑Engine: 500 hours
  • Turbine: 500 hours
  • Licence: Frozen ATPL with IR and ME (South African SACAA)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
  • Transport: Own reliable vehicle
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrated precision and thoroughness

🌟 Advantageous

  • Full ATP
  • Jet experience and/or Learjet 35 (LR35) experience

📍 Operational readiness

  • Call‑out Window: Able to reach the Lanseria office within 40 minutes of a confirmed flight call
  • Licence Acceptance: SACAA only
