Step onto the Learjet flight deck as a permanent First Officer based in Lanseria. Non-type rated pilots are welcome—type rating training is provided. If you thrive on precision, professionalism, and quick turnarounds, this role puts you at the heart of high-performance operations.

🧭 The Mission

As First Officer, you will support safe, efficient Learjet operations from pre-flight planning through to post-flight debrief. You will bring sharp situational awareness, strong CRM, and unwavering SOP discipline while remaining ready for short-notice departures.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

  • Total Time: 1,500 hours
  • Multi-Engine: 500 hours
  • Turbine: 500 hours
  • License Required: Frozen ATPL, IR, ME
  • Accepted Licences: SACAA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP Level: 4
  • Type Rating: Not required (Training provided)

🌟 Preferred Profile

  • Certification: Full ATP advantageous
  • Experience: Jet experience or LR35 rating advantageous

🧭 Additional Requirements

  • Call-out Readiness: Able to reach the Lanseria office within 40 minutes after receiving a confirmed-flight call
  • Transport: Own reliable vehicle
  • Professionalism: Great attention to detail and strong adherence to SOPs

📌 What You’ll Do

  • Execute accurate pre-flight planning, performance, and fuel calculations
  • Operate to high standards of airmanship under IFR in multi-engine turbine aircraft
  • Collaborate closely with the Captain and crew, applying effective CRM and threat/error management
  • Maintain meticulous flight and aircraft documentation
  • Support rapid, safe turnarounds and short-notice dispatches
