Support the Captain through all phases of flight: planning, briefing, performance calculations, checklists, and secure, efficient execution.
Demonstrate excellent CRM, clear communication, and teamwork in dynamic operational environments.
Maintain aircraft and operational proficiency through training, currency, and regulatory compliance.
Represent the flight department with professionalism when interacting with clients, crew, and operations staff.
