🧭 Your Mission
As a Learjet First Officer, you will support safe and efficient flight operations across Germany and Europe. You’ll contribute to meticulous planning, razor-sharp execution, and a consistently exceptional customer experience—while collaborating closely with your Captain and operations teams.
🧰 What You’ll Do
- Operate the Learjet as First Officer in line with company SOPs and EASA regulations.
- Support end-to-end flight preparation: performance, fuel, W&B, weather and NOTAM review.
- Execute precise, professional flight deck duties with strong CRM and teamwork.
- Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and ground crews to maintain on-time performance.
- Deliver a courteous, discrete, and service-oriented experience for passengers.
- Demonstrate organisational talent, reliability, and a proactive, can-do attitude.
🌟 What You Bring
- Current LR-Jet type rating and operational recency.
- EASA CPL / IR / ME and Class 1 medical.
- Excellent German and English; ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
- High motivation, strong commitment, and proven organisational competence.
- Residence within approximately one hour of Cologne Airport (CGN) is desirable.
Nice to have: TRI/TRE experience is desirable but not mandatory.
📍 Base & Operations
Cologne area base with frequent operations across Germany and wider Europe. Proximity to Cologne Airport (CGN) helps ensure roster flexibility and short-notice readiness.

- Type Rating: Learjet LR-Jet (current)
- License: EASA CPL, IR, ME
- Medical: Class 1
- Languages: German & English (excellent)
- ICAO ELP: Level 4+
- Visa Sponsorship: Not provided (ability to live and work where required)
