Learjet First Officer (LR‑JET) — Training Provided

Step into the right seat of a fast-paced Learjet operation. If you’re a jet-experienced CPL holder with a safety-first mindset and the flexibility to respond on short notice, this is your runway to LR‑JET proficiency. Non‑type‑rated pilots are encouraged to apply—structured training is provided.

🧰 What You’ll Do

• Operate as the SIC on Learjet flights, supporting the Captain in all phases from preflight through shutdown.
• Conduct thorough preflight planning: weather, performance, weight and balance, NOTAMs, and alternates.
• Execute checklists, adhere to SOPs and CRM best practices, and champion a just‑culture safety environment.
• Maintain readiness for on‑call duty windows; respond promptly to trip assignments and schedule changes.
• Deliver professional, discreet passenger service while safeguarding security and confidentiality.
• Keep training, currency, and documentation up to date in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.

🌟 Minimum Qualifications

• Total time: 750 hours
• Jet time: 200 hours
• License required: CPL
• Accepted licenses: FAA
• Medical: Class 1
• Type rating: Not required (training provided; NTR welcome)
• Availability: Must be able to work on an on‑call basis
• Visa sponsorship: Not provided

💡 Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Learjet 55 operations
• Typed and current in the Learjet 55
• Previous Part 135 experience

🎓 Training & Development

Type rating is not required to apply. Successful candidates will receive structured LR‑JET training to company standards, with an emphasis on SOPs, CRM, and safety. Ongoing currency and proficiency checks support your continuous development in the right seat.
