✈️ About the Role
As First Officer, you will support the Captain through all phases of flight, ensuring safe, efficient, and discreet operations. You’ll combine excellent airmanship with polished customer service, exercising sound judgement under pressure and collaborating closely with your crew.
🧭 Your Mission
- Execute First Officer duties from preflight planning to postflight debrief, adhering to SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Perform performance calculations, weight and balance, fuel planning, and thorough briefings.
- Manage communications and navigation; monitor aircraft systems; complete accurate checklists and callouts.
- Champion safety, CRM, and situational awareness while maintaining a calm, service-oriented presence with passengers.
- Maintain documentation, training currency, and operational standards with professionalism and discretion.
- Take initiative and contribute constructive solutions in dynamic, time-sensitive situations.

🌟 Minimum Requirements
- Total time: 200 hours (minimum)
- Type rating: Current CJ-series type rating required — variants accepted: CJ1, M2, or CJ4 Gen2
- License required: Frozen ATPL, IR, ME
- Accepted authority: EASA
- Medical: Class 1
- English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
- Education: High school degree
- Travel document: Valid passport
Only candidates holding a current CJ-series type rating will be considered.
🗣️ Languages & Mobility
- Languages: Fluency in either Dutch or French required; additional languages are an advantage.
- Relocation: Willing to relocate within 1 hour driving time from home base, if needed.
