Learjet Captain (LR-JET) – Permanent, Training Provided

🧭 The role

Step into the left seat and lead safe, efficient Learjet operations across international routes. You will combine precise airmanship with strong leadership, upholding the highest standards of safety, compliance, and customer care within a collaborative flight department.

• Command Learjet LR-JET flights under EASA regulations with uncompromising safety and SOP adherence.
• Perform thorough flight planning, performance calculations, and weather/NOTAM assessments.
• Exercise sound decision-making and strong CRM, mentoring and coordinating with crew members.
• Represent the operator professionally with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Contribute to a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives.

🧰 What you bring

• Licence: EASA CPL / IR / ME
• Medical: Class 1
• German: Very good language skills (at least C1)
• English: Good conversation skills, ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
• Travel: Willingness to travel internationally
• Attributes: High level of responsibility and a strong team mindset
• Documents: Fully valid passport and Class B driving licence

🌟 Desirable

• Type rating: Valid rating on Learjet 35 and/or Learjet 45
• Experience in general aviation and/or ambulance aviation

🎓 Training & Onboarding

Type rating is not required — comprehensive training will be provided for the right EASA-qualified captain to ensure a smooth transition onto the Learjet and company SOPs.
