Lead the line as Captain on a well-maintained Beechjet/Hawker 400. If you bring seasoned judgment, a safety-first mindset, and a passion for polished passenger service, we’ll provide the type rating and a stable, permanent home base in Southern California.
🧭 Your mission
As Captain of the Beechjet/Hawker 400, you will command each flight with professionalism, uphold an uncompromising safety culture, and deliver a seamless experience for our passengers and stakeholders.
- Exercise full PIC authority and sound judgment across all phases of flight
- Plan, brief, and execute flights in compliance with company procedures and applicable regulations
- Collaborate closely with crew and dispatch; model integrity, teamwork, and excellent communication
- Champion risk management, thorough preflight preparation, and disciplined checklist usage
- Provide attentive, discreet, and customer-focused service to passengers
- Maintain aircraft knowledge and currency; support training, standardization, and continuous improvement
- Adapt to a flexible schedule to meet operational needs
🧰 Minimum qualifications
- Total Time: 2,500 hours
- PIC Time: 2,100 hours
- Multi-Engine Time: 2,000 hours
- Multi-Engine PIC: 1,600 hours
- Type Rating: Not required — training provided
- License: ATP (FAA)
- Medical: Class 1
- Flight Time Note: Previous turboprop time required if no previous turbojet time

Candidates must successfully complete all pre-employment checks.
- Drug & Alcohol: FAA/DOT pre-employment testing
- Records: Pilot records check
- Background: Background check and fingerprinting
- Driving: Motor vehicle records check
📚 Training
- Initial type training provided for the Beechjet/Hawker 400
- Ongoing proficiency and recurrent training to maintain currency and standards
📍 Where you’ll be based
You must reside within one hour of John Wayne Airport (KSNA) or be willing to relocate to the Orange County area.
