Step into the left seat of a Beechjet/Hawker 400 and lead safe, efficient, and customer-focused operations for a premier private aviation team based in Orange County. If you bring strong command experience, a safety-first mindset, and outstanding communication skills, we’ll provide the type training to help you excel.
🧭 Your Mission
As Captain, you’ll take full responsibility for safety, leadership, and decision-making from preflight through shutdown. You’ll model professionalism in the cockpit, communicate clearly with crew, dispatch, and clients, and ensure every trip meets operational standards and delivers a smooth, on-time experience.
🧰 Minimum Qualifications
- Total Time: 2,500 hours
- PIC: 2,100 hours
- Multi-Engine: 2,000 hours
- License: FAA ATP
- Medical: First Class
- Type Rating: Not required — training provided
- Flight Time Note: Previous turboprop time required if no previous turbojet time
- Accepted Licenses: FAA

- Turbojet: Previous turbojet time preferred
📍 Base & Lifestyle
- Home Base: KSNA — John Wayne/Orange County, CA
- Residence: Must live within 1 hour of KSNA or be willing to relocate
- Schedule: Must be willing to work a flexible schedule

- Professional Traits: Demonstrated integrity, teamwork, and excellent communication skills
- Screenings: FAA/DOT pre-employment drug testing; Pilot records check; Background check; Driving records check; Fingerprinting
