✈️ The opportunity

As Captain, you’ll set the standard for safety, airmanship, and service while leading multi-crew operations on a diverse business jet fleet. You’ll receive company-provided training and type ratings for assigned aircraft and operate a mix of domestic and international missions.

🧭 Your mission

  • Serve as Pilot-in-Command, ensuring the highest levels of safety, compliance, and decision-making from preflight through postflight.
  • Plan and execute flights, including performance, fuel, weather, alternates, and international considerations.
  • Lead a culture of Crew Resource Management and professional communication across the cockpit and cabin.
  • Deliver a refined passenger experience with discretion, adaptability, and poise.
  • Adhere to company SOPs and regulatory requirements; maintain currency and required qualifications.
  • Collaborate with dispatch, maintenance, and scheduling to optimize on-time, efficient operations.

🧰 What you bring

  • Education: Associate degree or equivalent experience with specialized aviation training.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Technology: Basic computer skills for flight planning, documentation, and reporting.
  • Travel readiness: Ability to complete 4+ international trips per year; valid passport.
  • Clearances: Willingness to consent to and pass a 10-year background check (employment history, FAA records, and driving records).
  • Radio permit: FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.

🧾 Minimum qualifications

  • Experience: 1 year in Part 91, Part 121, or Part 135 flight operations.
  • Type ratings: Must hold—or be able to obtain—the appropriate type rating(s) for assigned aircraft (training provided).
  • Licensing: CPL, IR, ME (FAA).
  • Medical: Class 1.

🌟 Preferred profile

  • Total time: 2,000+ hours preferred.
  • Multiengine: 500+ hours preferred.
  • Aircraft experience: Time on Falcon 2000 EASy II, Gulfstream G500, or other turbine aircraft preferred.
