🧭 The mission

As Captain, you will serve as Pilot in Command on LR‑JET operations, ensuring uncompromising safety, regulatory compliance, and an exceptional passenger experience on every leg — from short-notice domestic hops to complex international trips.

🧰 What you’ll do

  • Lead all phases of flight planning and execution, including weather, performance, fuel, weight and balance, NOTAMs, alternates, and international procedures.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with dispatch, maintenance, and ground handlers to keep trips on time and stress-free for clients.
  • Deliver high-touch cabin interactions — professional, discreet, and anticipatory — while maintaining a polished appearance.
  • Uphold company SOPs and FAA regulations; maintain accurate logs, reports, and training currency.
  • Mentor and collaborate with the SIC; foster a just culture and open communication on the flight deck.

  • Strong knowledge of domestic and international operations, including Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Europe.
  • Client-first mindset with impeccable professionalism and demeanor at all times.
  • Clean professional standing: no accidents, incidents, or warnings within the past 5 years.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
  • Ability to pass drug screening and background check.

🎯 Minimum requirements

  • Total Time: 3000 hours
  • PIC: 1500 hours
  • Multi-Engine: 50 hours
  • License: ATP (FAA)
  • Medical: First Class (Class 1)
  • Type Rating: Not required — LR‑JET training provided

Preferred: Current LR‑JET type rating.
