🧭 What you’ll do

  • Operate the Embraer ERJ145 alongside the Captain in strict adherence to company SOPs, checklists, and regulatory requirements.
  • Execute thorough preflight planning: performance, fuel, weather, MEL/CDL, NOTAMs, and weight-and-balance.
  • Manage and monitor aircraft systems and FMS, ensuring precise navigation and automation use.
  • Communicate effectively with ATC, dispatch, and ground operations to maintain a safe, on-time operation.
  • Practice disciplined Crew Resource Management (CRM) and make timely, well-informed decisions in dynamic conditions.
  • Complete accurate post-flight documentation and debriefs; contribute to a proactive safety and reporting culture.
  • Use company-issued Portable Electronic Devices (PEDs)/EFB tools for charts, performance, and flight release management.

🛡️ Additional requirements & screenings

  • Valid FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
  • Ability to pass TSA criminal background checks and DOT drug screening.
  • Valid passport and documentation allowing entry into the United States following international operations.
  • Proficiency with PEDs used in flight operations.
  • Availability for variable schedules: day/night, weekends, and holidays.
