From preflight to touchdown, you’ll execute standard operating procedures, support the Captain in all phases of flight, and deliver a smooth, safe, and timely operation for our customers. If you’re detail-driven, calm under pressure, and eager to grow on a modern flight deck, this seat is for you.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Perform thorough preflight planning, aircraft inspections, and performance/W&B calculations.
- Operate the ERJ145 in accordance with company SOPs and 14 CFR regulations.
- Manage FMS programming, monitor automation, and maintain strong situational awareness.
- Execute checklist discipline, clear briefings, and effective CRM.
- Communicate professionally with ATC, dispatch, and ground teams to ensure on-time, safe operations.
- Troubleshoot and respond to changing weather, ATC, or operational constraints with sound judgment.
- Complete post-flight duties and maintain accurate logs and documentation.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total Time: 1,000 hours
- License: FAA CPL with IR and ME
- Medical: FAA First Class
- Type Rating: Not required — ERJ family training provided (NTR)
🌟 Preferred experience
- 1+ years of Part 135 or Part 121 operational experience.
- Strong communication skills, quick and accurate decision-making, and meticulous attention to detail.
🛡️ Compliance & credentials
- FCC Permit: Valid FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
- Background: Pass TSA criminal background checks
- Screening: Pass DOT drug screening
- Passport: Valid passport and documentation allowing entry into the United States after an international flight

- Proficient with Portable Electronic Devices (PEDs) and comfortable operating EFB tools and company apps.
