🧭 What you’ll do

  • Serve as SIC on the Learjet 60 under Part 135 operations, upholding company SOPs and FAA regulations.
  • Partner with the Captain on flight planning, performance, weight and balance, and risk assessment to ensure safe, efficient missions.
  • Execute high standards of airmanship, checklist discipline, and cockpit resource management.
  • Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and ground operations for on-time departures and mission success.
  • Maintain currency, training, and records; support onboarding and standardization as needed.
  • Provide professional client interaction and represent the operation with discretion and integrity.

🧰 Minimum qualifications

  • Total Time: 1,500 hours
  • Multi‑Engine: 500 hours
  • Licenses: Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with Instrument Rating (IR) and Multi‑Engine (ME), plus CFI
  • Medical: Current FAA First Class
  • Instrument Currency: Current Instrument Proficiency Check (IPC)
  • FCC Permit: FCC Radiotelephone Operator Permit
  • Passport: Current and valid
  • Location: Reside within a 2‑hour commute to Modesto, CA

🌟 Preferred experience & credentials

  • Previous Part 135 experience
  • Familiarity with company aircraft and/or prior cargo experience
  • LR‑60 SIC type rating
  • Certified Multi‑Engine Instructor (MEI)
  • Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) — preferred

🛡️ Compliance & additional requirements

  • Successful completion of pre‑employment DOT drug screening and other required background checks
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an airport SIDA badge
  • Willingness and ability to relocate to the assigned base and travel extensively
  • Ability to work various shifts; occasional overtime and after‑hours callouts
  • iPad required when reporting for duty
