🧭 What You’ll Do

  • Support the Captain across all phases of flight, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
  • Execute flight planning, performance calculations, weight and balance, and fuel planning in accordance with SOPs.
  • Conduct thorough preflight inspections, checklist discipline, and systems monitoring.
  • Communicate clearly with ATC, crew, and passengers; uphold excellent onboard service and professionalism.
  • Apply strong CRM and threat/error management practices.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, operational records, and regulatory compliance at all times.
  • Adapt to varying schedules and operational requirements while maintaining punctuality and readiness.

  • Current LR-45 type rating with recent operational proficiency.
  • Valid TCCA CPL with IR and ME privileges.
  • Valid Class 1 medical.
  • English proficiency at ICAO ELP level 4 or higher.
  • Valid passport and the ability to travel as required.
  • Flexibility for a varying work schedule.
  • Professionalism, teamwork, and strict adherence to SOPs and safety standards.
