- Lead all phases of flight planning and execution, ensuring strict adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrate decisive command authority, proactive risk management, and effective problem solving in dynamic conditions.
- Champion a refined customer service ethos—professional, discreet, and attentive to individual needs.
- Collaborate closely with your crew to maintain top-tier CRM, clear communication, and a just culture of safety.

🎯 Minimum qualifications
- Total time: 3,500 hours
- Pilot-in-Command (PIC): 2,000 hours
- Multi-engine: 2,000 hours
- Jet time: 200 hours
- Type rating: Not required — training provided
- License: ATPL (open to TCCA license holders)
- Medical: Class 1
- Language: ICAO English Level 4+
Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience on the Learjet 45.
