  • Lead all phases of flight planning and execution, ensuring strict adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements.

  • Collaborate closely with your crew to maintain top-tier CRM, clear communication, and a just culture of safety.

🎯 Minimum qualifications

  • Total time: 3,500 hours
  • Pilot-in-Command (PIC): 2,000 hours
  • Multi-engine: 2,000 hours
  • Jet time: 200 hours
  • Type rating: Not required — training provided
  • License: ATPL (open to TCCA license holders)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Language: ICAO English Level 4+

Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience on the Learjet 45.
