  • Command Learjet 45 operations with uncompromising safety, regulatory compliance, and SOP discipline.
  • Deliver a polished, discreet, and friendly customer experience from briefing to baggage.
  • Exercise sound judgment in dynamic environments, making timely decisions that balance safety, efficiency, and service.
  • Lead effective crew resource management and clear, professional communication across all stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute flights end-to-end: performance, weather, fuel, alternates, and operational risk management.
  • Maintain meticulous operational standards, documentation, and time management to keep flights on schedule.

🎯 Minimum qualifications

  • Total time: 3,500 hours
  • Pilot-in-Command (PIC): 2,000 hours
  • Multi-engine: 2,000 hours
  • Multi-engine PIC: 1,500 hours
  • Jet: 200 hours
  • License: ATPL (TCCA)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Language: ICAO ELP Level 4

💡 Preferred

  • Previous experience on the Learjet 45. Candidates with this background will be given preference.

🛫 Training and onboarding

Type rating is not required; successful candidates will receive Learjet 45 training. We seek captains who embrace continuous learning, bring a safety-first mindset, and elevate the guest experience from day one.
