🧭 Your Mission
- Captain Learjet 45 operations with a safety-first mindset and exemplary airmanship.
- Lead the crew through planning, briefings, weather/NOTAM evaluation, and performance calculations.
- Deliver smooth, efficient flights and outstanding service to passengers and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and all applicable regulations.
- Model professionalism, communication, and decision-making under all operating conditions.
🌟 Minimum Qualifications
- Total Time: 3,000 hours
- Pilot-in-Command (PIC): 1,500 hours
- License: FAA ATP
- Medical: FAA First-Class (Class 1)
- Type Rating: Not required — provided upon hire
🧰 Preferred Experience
- Turbine Time: Minimum 500 hours preferred
- PIC in Type/Class: More than 250 hours as PIC in Learjet 45/75, Embraer Phenom 100, or Pilatus PC-12
🔎 Additional Requirements
- No accidents, incidents, or enforcement actions within the last 3 years
- FCC RR
- Current passport or the ability to obtain one within 90 days
- Able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules
- Maintain a residence that allows reporting to work within two hours of a dispatch call during assigned duty periods

Expect a dynamic flying schedule that requires flexibility and rapid readiness. You must be able to report to your assigned duty location within two hours when on call.
