🧭 Your mission

Lead safe, on-time, and customer-focused Learjet 45 operations across international destinations while upholding the highest professional standards.

  • Act as Pilot-in-Command on the Learjet 45 for international missions, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company procedures.
  • Champion safety, SOP adherence, and effective CRM within a robust SMS culture.
  • Oversee end-to-end flight preparation: performance, fuel, routing, weather, alternates, and risk assessment.
  • Lead and mentor crew members, fostering teamwork, clear communication, and decisive leadership.
  • Deliver exceptional passenger experience while maintaining operational discipline and efficiency.

🧰 What you bring

  • Valid EASA ATPL with Class 1 medical.
  • Current and valid Learjet 45 (LR-45) type rating — required.
  • German language proficiency at C1 (or higher).
  • English proficiency ICAO ELP Level 4 or above.
  • Proven captaincy judgement, a high sense of responsibility, and strong decision-making under pressure.
  • Willingness and readiness to travel internationally, including at short notice.
  • TRI/TRE experience is desirable but not essential.

Applicants must hold an EASA licence and the right to work without visa sponsorship.
