🧭 The Opportunity

As Captain on the Learjet 45 (LR-45), you will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant conduct of flights from start to finish. You’ll lead by example in the cockpit, championing safety, crew coordination, and exceptional passenger care while adapting to a varying work schedule.

🧰 Your Responsibilities

  • Exercise Pilot-in-Command authority on the Learjet 45 in full compliance with company SOPs and applicable regulations.
  • Plan and brief each flight, including performance calculations, weather, NOTAMs, fuel, and alternates.
  • Conduct thorough preflight inspections and ensure airworthiness documentation is in order.
  • Lead effective CRM, fostering a professional, communicative, and safety-first cockpit culture.
  • Provide clear, courteous briefings and service to passengers, maintaining discretion and professionalism at all times.
  • Complete accurate flight logs and operational reports; communicate proactively with operations and maintenance.
  • Adapt to changing schedules and operational requirements while maintaining readiness and punctuality.

🌟 What You’ll Bring

  • License: ATPL (TCCA holders welcome).
  • Type Rating: Current and valid Learjet 45 (LR-45) type rating required.
  • Medical: Class 1.
  • English Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher; proficiency in English, both spoken and written, to communicate with passengers on board and various colleagues.
  • Passport: Must have a valid passport.
  • Schedule: Flexible to a varying work schedule.
