🧭 Your mission

As Pilot-in-Command on the Learjet 45, you will lead safe, efficient operations and deliver a seamless passenger experience across domestic and international routes.

  • Command Learjet 45 operations under IFR, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
  • Plan and execute flights: performance, fuel, routing, weather, alternates, and NOTAMs.
  • Apply disciplined CRM, SOPs, and SMS principles throughout all phases of flight.
  • Coordinate effectively with dispatch and maintenance to ensure aircraft readiness.
  • Deliver discreet, professional service with strong situational awareness and decision-making.
  • Maintain all regulatory currency, training, and documentation.

🧰 What you bring

  • Total time: 1,500+ hours
  • Jet time: 500+ hours
  • Type rating: Required on the Learjet 45
  • Captain experience: Previous IFR command time
  • License: TCCA ATPL
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Language proficiency: French and English — minimum ICAO ELP Level 5 in both
  • Availability: Able to perform a normal and sustained work assignment for 14 consecutive days, up to 14 hours/day, including weekends and statutory holidays
  • Security: Eligible to obtain a RAIC
  • Travel eligibility: Valid, unrestricted passport; authorized to travel to the United States and internationally; no criminal record that impedes travel
  • Preferred: International experience is an asset
  • Open to licence holders: TCCA
