🧭 The Mission
As Captain on the Learjet 45 series, you’ll command IFR flights with precision and professionalism, ensuring a safe, efficient, and passenger-focused operation. You’ll lead a bilingual cockpit, make sound operational decisions, and collaborate closely with dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams to deliver on-time, top-tier service.
- Command LR45 aircraft under IFR in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory standards.
- Execute thorough flight planning, performance, and W&B; adapt to changing weather, ATC, and operational constraints.
- Lead effective CRM in a bilingual environment; communicate clearly in both French and English.
- Uphold a just culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement during all phases of flight.
- Represent the operation with professionalism and discretion for a premier client experience.
🧰 What You Bring (Minimum Requirements)
- Flight time: 1,500+ hours total time; 500+ hours jet.
- IFR leadership: Previous experience as an IFR Captain.
- Type-rated: Current Learjet 45 type rating.
- License: Valid ATPL – TCCA only.
- Medical: Class 1.
- Languages: Bilingual French & English; minimum ICAO ELP Level 5 in both.
- Security: Eligible for a RAIC.
- Travel readiness: Valid, unrestricted passport; authorized for U.S. and international travel; no criminal record that impedes travel.
- Duty capability: Able to perform normal, sustained assignments for up to 14 consecutive days, up to 14 hours/day, including weekends and statutory holidays.

- Dynamic roster with operational days that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Expect periods of sustained duty (up to 14 consecutive days) and duty days up to 14 hours in accordance with regulations and company policies.
