🧭 Your mission
Lead safe, efficient, and customer-focused operations as PIC on the Learjet 45. You will execute time-critical and VIP missions, uphold the highest standards of airmanship and compliance, and represent the flight department with professionalism worldwide.
🧰 Key responsibilities
- Operate as PIC on Learjet 45 missions worldwide in accordance with EASA OPS, company SOPs, and the Safety Management System.
- Plan and execute flights, including performance, weight and balance, fuel, alternates, and weather/NOTAM assessments.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory and company standards, including MEL and operational checklists.
- Deliver a premium client experience with discretion, clear communication, and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Coordinate closely with operations, maintenance, and ground partners to ensure punctual, smooth turnarounds.
- Foster strong crew resource management; mentor First Officers and contribute to continuous improvement.
🌟 What you bring
- Minimum flight time: 3,000 hrs turbine; at least 3,000 hrs on CS-25 aircraft; 500 hrs PIC; 500 hrs on type (Learjet 45).
- Licences & medical: Valid EASA ATPL; Class 1 Medical; English proficiency per ICAO Level 4 or higher.
- Type rating: Current Learjet 45 type rating (type-rated).
- Clearances: Valid ZÜP.
- Work authorization: Valid permit for employment in the EU (sponsorship not provided).
- Travel documents: Unrestricted passport; Driving licence class B.
- Languages: Excellent German (at least C1) and proficient English.
- Mindset: Willingness to travel worldwide; high responsibility, flexibility, and resilience; strong customer focus, teamwork, and a polished, professional demeanor.
🔎 Preferred profile
- Experience in general aviation and/or air ambulance operations is an advantage.
- Proven VIP client interaction and service excellence.
- Confidence with modern FMS, PBN procedures, and precision/non-precision approaches.
