Join a high-performance flight operations team as a Line Training Captain on the Dassault Falcon 6X. You will lead line training, mentor flight crews, and champion safety and standardization across worldwide operations.

🧰 What you will do

  • Deliver line training and mentoring for Falcon 6X pilots, from initial operating experience through recurrent line training.
  • Promote SOP discipline, CRM, and a just-culture mindset; provide clear, constructive debriefs and coaching.
  • Support standardization across the fleet, aligning training practices with company manuals and regulatory guidance.
  • Conduct route familiarization and operational indoctrination on worldwide missions, including complex international procedures.
  • Liaise with Training and Flight Operations on curriculum, lesson plans, and training records to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Champion safety by contributing to the SMS, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Operate the Falcon 6X to the highest professional standards as PIC, ensuring passenger comfort, discretion, and mission success.

🌟 Minimum requirements

  • Total time: 4000 hours
  • PIC time: 1000 hours
  • In type (Falcon 6X): 200 hours
  • Type rating: Required — hold a current Falcon 6X endorsement
  • License required: ATPL
  • Accepted licenses: EASA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP level: 5 or higher (ICAO English)
  • Record: No history of incidents/accidents; clean criminal record

Preferred: Prior Line Training Captain (LTC) experience on the Falcon 6X.
