Bring your skills to a mission-driven operation that moves with purpose. As a Learjet 40XR First Officer based at Toronto Pearson, you’ll fly domestic and international medical repatriation missions, working closely with a small, high-performing team to deliver safe, efficient, and compassionate air transport when it matters most.
🧭 What You’ll Do
- Serve as flight crew on the Learjet 40XR within our International Air Ambulance Program.
- Plan and operate domestic and international missions in accordance with Canadian regulations and ICAO standards.
- Work seamlessly with a small crew and onboard medical teams during time-sensitive flights.
- Execute multi-day deployments away from base while maintaining professionalism and adaptability.
- Uphold company SOPs, safety management practices, and exemplary airmanship.
🧰 What You Bring
- Minimum 2,000 hours total flying time.
- Canadian CPL or ATPL (ATPL/IATRA exam(s) written required for CPL candidates).
- Valid Group 1 IFR rating.
- Current TCCA Class 1 Medical.
- Valid passport with no travel restrictions.
- Ability to relocate and reside within 90 minutes of Toronto Pearson (YYZ).
- Strong interpersonal skills and team-first mindset to thrive in a small-crew environment.
