Lead Captain (PIC) — Dassault Falcon 7X/8X | Dubai (Rotational)

As Lead Captain, you will command all phases of flight on the Dassault Falcon 7X/8X, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and service for corporate and private operations. You will set the tone for a proactive, safety-first culture while collaborating closely with Flight Operations, crew, and support teams to deliver a seamless, world-class experience.

• Lead safe, efficient operations from preflight planning through postflight, upholding company SOPs and safety management principles.
• Exercise decisive command authority while fostering a collaborative, high-performing cockpit environment.
• Coordinate with dispatch, scheduling, and maintenance to optimize aircraft readiness and mission success.
• Represent the brand with discretion and professionalism in corporate, business, and private-owner settings.
• Mentor and develop crewmembers, promoting continuous improvement and operational excellence.

• Language: Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.

🌟 Minimum qualifications

• Total time: 4,000 hours
• Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time: 1,000 hours
• Jet time: 2,000 hours
• In type (Falcon 7X/8X): 50 hours
• Type rating: Required on Dassault Falcon 7X/8X
• License: ATPL (Accepted: ICAO)
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO ELP level: 4 or higher
• Preferred experience: Corporate / Business / Private Owner operations
