We are seeking a highly skilled and safety‑driven Captain and Operations Manager to join our team in a dynamic, hands‑on corporate aviation environment. This is more than a flying role—you’ll be a critical leader in flight operations, upholding the highest standards of safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
🧭 The Mission
As Lead Captain & Flight Operations Manager, you will combine line flying with operational leadership to deliver safe, seamless, and discreet travel for corporate passengers while shaping a culture of excellence across the flight department.
- Serve as PIC on business jet missions, ensuring uncompromising safety, compliance, and passenger care.
- Plan and execute trips end‑to‑end, including performance, fuel, weather, NOTAMs, and contingency planning.
- Provide day‑to‑day oversight of flight operations; lead, mentor, and brief flight crews to a consistent standard.
- Manage crew scheduling and roster integrity, ensuring compliance with FAA flight and duty time limitations.
- Coordinate with maintenance to assure aircraft airworthiness, MEL/CDL management, and timely defect resolution.
- Maintain and refine operational manuals, SOPs, and regulatory documentation.
- Champion safety management and risk mitigation, facilitating reporting, trend analysis, and safety meetings.
- Liaise professionally with executives, assistants, vendors, and FBOs; uphold discretion and executive presence at all times.
🧰 What You’ll Bring
- Experience operating within a corporate flight department environment.
- Strong working knowledge of FARs and FAA guidance material.
- Proven leadership as Chief Pilot, Training Captain, or in a flight operations supervisory role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage flight crew scheduling and ensure FAA flight and duty time compliance.
- Robust understanding of aircraft airworthiness requirements and operational risk management.
- Experience maintaining operational manuals, SOPs, and regulatory records.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and polished executive presence when supporting corporate passengers.
✅ Minimum Qualifications
- Total Time: 5,000 hours minimum
- Experience: Significant multi‑engine turbine
- Type Rating: Not required (training provided; NTR)
- License: ATP — FAA
- Medical: Class 1
- English Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
- Work Authorization: Must have existing authorization; visa sponsorship not provided
