✈️ What You’ll Do
- Operate the King Air as First Officer in accordance with SOPs, company policies, and regulatory standards.
- Execute safe, efficient IFR and VFR operations in multi-crew settings, maintaining exceptional situational awareness.
- Support all phases of flight planning: performance, weight and balance, weather, NOTAMs, and fuel management.
- Practice exemplary CRM, communication, and teamwork in dynamic environments.
- Champion a strong safety culture, reporting hazards and contributing to continuous improvement.
- Deliver a professional customer experience while adapting to operational changes and timelines.
🧭 Minimum Requirements
- 750 hours total time.
- Valid TCCA CPL with IR and ME.
- Class 1 Medical.
- ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher and meets Transport Canada English proficiency standard.
- High school diploma (completed).
🧰 Additional Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain a RAIC.
- Current passport at time of hire; able to travel to the United States without restrictions.
- Flexible to work all shifts and adapt to fluctuations due to operational or unforeseen situations.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities; calm, professional demeanor under pressure.
- Open to TCCA licence holders.
