🧭 Your mission

  • Support the Captain to deliver safe, efficient IFR/VFR operations across northern routes.
  • Execute meticulous preflight planning, performance calculations, fuel management, and weight & balance.
  • Operate to high SOP standards using disciplined checklist and CRM practices.
  • Communicate effectively with ATC/Flight Service and coordinate with ground teams at remote aerodromes.
  • Provide thoughtful, respectful service to passengers and communities, adapting to weather, terrain, and short strips.

🌟 Minimum requirements

  • Total time: 300 hours
  • License required: CPL, IR, ME
  • Accepted licenses: TCCA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP level: 4 or higher
  • Type rating: Not required (training provided)
  • Work authorization: Must have the legal right to work in Canada (visa sponsorship not provided)
