✈️ The opportunity

As a King Air First Officer, you’ll operate in a two-crew environment, support safe and efficient flights, and gain valuable turbine experience. This permanent role is ideal for motivated pilots meeting Canadian multi-crew entry requirements who are eager to learn on type and grow quickly.

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Support the Captain through all phases of flight in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in flight planning, performance calculations, weather/NOTAM review, and fuel planning.
  • Conduct thorough preflight inspections, checklist discipline, and cockpit setup.
  • Apply strong CRM and threat-and-error management to deliver safe, on-time operations.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, maintenance, and ground operations to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate flight documentation and uphold the highest safety and professionalism standards.

🧰 Minimum qualifications

  • Total Time: 250 hours
  • PIC Time: 100 hours
  • Type Rating: Not required (training provided)
  • Licences Required: IATRA, IR, ME
  • Accepted Licences: TCCA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Language Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher

🛡️ Eligibility & compliance

  • Must be legally entitled to immediately work in Canada (sponsorship not provided).
  • Must hold a current and valid passport enabling travel to the United States.
  • Must be able to obtain a Transport Canada RAIC.
  • This is a safety-sensitive position; selected candidates must test negative for controlled substances and alcohol prior to employment.
