Join Thrive Aviation’s flight deck as a Learjet 45 First Officer and help deliver exceptionally safe, efficient, and guest-focused private charter experiences. You’ll fly a modern, high-performance light jet on domestic and international missions, working alongside experienced Captains in a dynamic, growth-oriented operation.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Partner with the Captain to plan and execute flights in full compliance with company policies and Part 135 regulations.
- Conduct thorough preflight, in-flight, and postflight duties, including weather analysis, performance, weight and balance, and checklist discipline.
- Deliver a refined client experience while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Demonstrate strong Crew Resource Management, clear communications, and sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
- Support international operations requirements and documentation as needed.
- Accurately complete operational and regulatory recordkeeping.

🌟 Minimum requirements
- Total Time: 1,500 hours
- PIC Time: 500 hours
- Licenses: CPL, IR, ME — FAA
- Type Rating: Not required — training provided (NTR)
- Medical: Class 1 (First Class)
- Passport: Valid and unexpired; eligible to fly internationally without restrictions
- Radio License: FCC Radiotelephone Operator Permit
- Eligibility: Authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship not provided
- Proximity: Live within 2 hours of KLAS or one of Thrive Aviation’s remote crew bases
🎯 Preferred qualifications
- 1,500+ hours of fixed-wing total time
- 50+ hours of multi-engine time
- 500 hours of total turbine time
- ATP certificate
- Previous Corporate Aviation/Part 135 charter experience
- Current type rating on an aircraft within our fleet
🗓 Schedule, travel, and conditions
- Expect irregular hours; flights may be added or canceled on short notice.
- Multiple days or weeks away from home most work weeks.
- Operate domestic and international routes as required.
- Fast-paced operation with evolving procedures as the company grows.
